Copyright, Fair-Use & Attribution Policy

Antrity maintains clear distinctions between official examining board publications, community-contributed revision notes, and academic educational commentaries.

1. Nature of Examination Materials & Public Archives

Past examination question papers, syllabus blueprints, and official model question papers published by statutory examination authorities—including the National Testing Agency (NTA), the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), and the Staff Selection Commission (SSC)—are public documents administered for nationwide educational assessments.

Antrity does not claim exclusive copyright or proprietary ownership over official board examination question papers. All intellectual property, trademarks, and copyright remain with the respective government bodies and examining boards. Antrity serves strictly as an educational indexer and archival repository under the doctrine of Fair Dealing (Section 52 of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957) for private study, non-commercial education, and research.

2. Resource Classification & Transparency

Every document indexed on Antrity is assigned a transparent provenance classification:

Official Resources:Documents originally released into the public domain by statutory testing authorities. Full attribution is maintained with direct references to the official agency.
Institutional & Academic Notes:Educational syntheses, formula sheets, and study notes prepared by academic educators for student revision.
Topper Answer Exemplars:Official scanned exemplars released by examining boards to illustrate benchmark scoring standards.
